Member Rules
The membership of any member shall be suspended or terminated by the concerned District committee for any of the following reasons.
i) If the member acts against the interests and objects of the Society.
ii) If the member fails to obey the instructions of the various committees.
iii) If the particulars furnished by the member in the application founds to be false or fabricated.
iv) If the member by any of his acts defames the society or do any act to make personal gain / profit using the name of society.
b) The member may be suspended by the District committee, during the pendency of enquiry.
c) The District committee before terminating a member shall give 15 days’ notice in writing asking him to show cause why his membership shall not be terminated. If the member fails to give a reply or his reply was not sufficient, then the District Committee can decide to terminate the membership and can forward the proposal to State Level Committee. The said decision and reasons for taking such decision shall be placed before the next immediate State General Body for further actions. The termination of any member from the membership of society will be final only after getting approval from the State General Body.
